We are not responsible for lost mail once everything has shipped with confirmation. This goes for addresses that packages fail to be delivered to due to incorrect addresses customers may have left at check out. The customer is fully responsible for leaving the correct address prior to shipping. We always ship to the address provided at the time of check out, and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. The reshipment of packages returned to Her Tilted Tiara due to an incorrect address will be at the customer’s cost, not ours. Note: we are in NO way responsible for lost packages! USPS issues and failures to deliver are NOT in our control.

Her Tilted Tiara is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.
These charges come from your country during importation of your package.
Please be aware that we do NOT include insurance in the price of Shipping and Handling and must be chosen at buyer’s risk as YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED for lost or damaged packages. UPS will reimburse you the amount that shipping was covered for by purchasing the add on insurance. Recipient is responsible for any duty or custom charges and taxes. We are not responsible for any items once they have shipped, please email us prior to purchase (email@example.com) if you would like to add insurance to your package.
Lastly, you will be notified via email with tracking once your item(s) has been shipped. The buyer chooses their address – you tell us where to ship when you order, and that’s where we ship! Your address must be exactly how USPS requires it to be sent to (for instance, if a “#” symbol is missing for building number, a LAST NAME completely missing, a number or letter in the address is incorrect, an incorrect/misspelled first/last name, etc) – we are not responsible for these issues. Note that once shipped, international orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive. We have no control over the speed of delivery. We ship from the United States. So be aware of how long it can normally take when placing an international order. ALSO be advised we ship to the address chosen at check out at time of purchase NOT PayPal address! Note: we are in NO way responsible for lost packages! USPS issues and failures to deliver are NOT in our control.

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 7 business days to be handmade.
Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase.
If 30 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return or exchange please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org before you mail us back your product to the address listed below. *Gift Cards and Happy Hour Sale items are not refundable. If you have already emailed us before you read this then you do not need to email us again.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
We charge a 10% restocking fee & initial shipping charges are non refundable. Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the number of days outline by your bank or credit card company.
Only regular priced items may be refunded & exchanged. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We do accept exchanges. To exchange your item you will need to email us and let us know that you are wanting to exchange your item before mailing it back. Once we receive your item in the mail we will email you with a checkout code worth the dollar amount of your exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please note: if you would like an exchange you are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Cancellations on pending orders cannot be made after 24 hours have passed. Once you receive your order you may process a return or exchange but orders cannot be cancelled after the 24 hour window.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Made to Order vs. Pre-Made
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.
Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take 7 to 10 business days to be created for you. Look for the following image if a product is ready for shipment immediately:
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.
Screen printed t-shirts have a print that can last for years, since the ink becomes a part of the garment, not just imprinted on them. However, it is recommended that you treat your screen printed garments with care to ensure the print quality.
Always wash your garments inside-out with a mild detergent.
For the first 2 washes, wash by hand in cold water
Use low temperature wash cycle program only (we recommend 90 degrees Fahrenheit maximum)
If possible, avoid drying your screen printed t-shirts in a dryer, as this type of drying can damage the screen printing. Instead, air dry the shirts to retain the imprinting.
Iron your screen printed garments inside-out. This helps maintain the structural integrity of the imprint.
When washing light colored garments, the imprint may fade a little. When washing garments on high temperature (and yes, 105 degrees Fahrenheit is too hot), the possibility of imprint/garment fading increases.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
